We use submitted information solely to respond to your enquiry, manage membership applications, and arrange visitor or society bookings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Membership records are retained for the duration of your membership and as required by our governing bodies thereafter.

Third-party systems

Tee times, competitions, handicap records and the members' area are managed by Intelligent Golf. The Pro Shop uses XPOS Caddie for stock, vouchers and account balances. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
